1. Eligibility

• The Lucky Draw is open to all registered participants of the CySec25 Conference.
• To qualify for prizes, participants must fulfill the specific criteria outlined for each prize category.

2. Prize Categories

• Main Prizes (3 winners): Open only to participants who attended the conferences all day (both days)
• Side Prizes (3 winners): Open to all participants who filled in the feedback form
• Booth Completion Prizes (3 winners): Open to participants who visited and completed all booth visits as required by the event organizers (verification required, e.g., booth stamp card / digital check-in).

3. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected via random draw under the supervision of the organizers.
• Each participant is eligible to win only one prize, even if they qualify under multiple categories.

4. Announcement of Winners

• Winners will be announced during Closing Ceremony .
• Winners must be present or reachable during the announcement. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not present, the organizers reserve the right to select another winner.

5. Prizes

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
• The organizers reserve the right to replace any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.

6. General Conditions

• The organizers’ decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw is final and binding.
• By participating, all attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using any prize.
